I want to live in that world

Look at that picture. I've highlighted the two most important aspects, for your convenience. On the left, you will see what I have dubbed "Theodore", with an arrow pointing to him. On the right, you can see a description of the game, with the phrase "Set in a believable future" framed in red.

What this says to me is that a grown-ass man sat down in front of a computer to describe his game and thought about the best term for what you see up there and decided that "believable" really was the best word. Which makes sense, because of how the U.S. government has been pouring billions into splicing a rottweiler and a shark together.
